The Alexander Technique

Whether it's from an old accident, long days at the office in uncomfortable furniture, or years of playing sports or musical instruments, many of us reach a point at which we find our bodies routinely full of tension and pain.That's when the Alexander Technique can help you back on the path to a state of natural balance and poise.

Working with one of our teachers, you'll learn to pay attention to how you move. In a series of weekly lessons, you will come to recognize your inefficient postural habits and will learn how to release the tension they cause you to carry in your body. Lessons are conveniently offered in the Newark, Del.; Philadelphia; and Towson, Md. areas.
